Pismo Beach Motel and Hotel Location

Pismo Beach Motel and Hotel Locations -Ocean Front These Motels and Hotels sit right on or next to the beach. Closer to the Pismo Pier, the properties are closer to beach-level. As you go North, they sit on a ridge with staircases that lead to the beach. It all depends what you like better. Sitting and looking out over the ocean or being close to the pier and sand. Most of these motels/hotels have different types of rooms (and different prices); ocean front, ocean view, and no view. Most motels/hotels are North of the Pismo Pier. There is one, the Sandcastle Inn, which is South of the Pier and pretty much at beach-level. The picture here is taken from the Pismo Pier looking South at the Sandcastle Inn. The map shows the hotel locations.

	This is another pic of the Sea Gypsy Motel, showing the distance to the pier. You can see the end of a brace for one of the beach volleyball nets in the lower right corner of the picture.

	This is taken from the volleyball nets looking North. The ridge starts to get higher at this point.

	This is a view from top of the road, next to the stairs by the Sea Gypsy.

	This shows the volleyball nets looking South. We're starting to get away from the pier. But this also means that there are less people on the beach on busy days the further North we go.

	Walking North, there are a few private residences as shown here.

	Past the private residences, you'll see the Kon Tiki (in the middle of the pic) with the palm trees.

	Every room at the Kon Tiki has a ocean view. You can also see the staircase that leads from the garden area (with pool) to the beach.
